★ This site is a streaming service. It is not possible to download and watch.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. The charge is 4,000 yen (inc. tax) for All-You-Can-See for 30 days. If you choose credit card payment, you will be re-charged automatically after 30 days. If you wish to keep using our service, do not withdraw membership.

Q. I would like to become a member, but how…?

A. Click “Join Now!!” button found at the top of the page.

1. Go to “View Sample Video” page, and you must check to see if the sample video is played on your computer. (*1)
2. Click the link “Registering Procedure”.
3. Read “Registering Procedure” well and make sure you understand.
4. Click “Go to Payment Page” button at the bottom of the page.
5. When you enter required items and your payment is made, the membership registration will be done. (*2)
6. After a few minutes, your ID and Password will be sent to your registered email address.
7. When viewing the videos, you will be required to enter ID and Password. When ID and Password are accepted, you will be able to enjoy the contents.

(*1) If the sample video cannot be viewed, there may be some problem in your computer environment. In such case, it will not be supported within our service. Please make sure you check your computer’s playing environment with the sample video before you register for membership.
(*2) When you enter the required items, please confirm your “Email Address”, “Credit Card Number”, and “Credit Card’s Expiry Date”. Mistake in entering the Email Address is occurred frequently. Do not use your mobile phone Email address as sometimes it rejects Emails because of the character limitation and other problems.

Q. I have made the payment by credit card, but I have not received password.

A. There may be the following problems. Please check to see if any problems apply, and if so contact the detail to “CREDIX Customer Support”.

-I have registered with the wrong Email Address.
-I am setting the Junk Email Filter.
-I have registered with mobile phone email address.

Q. I would like to change my registered information (ex, Email Address).
Q. I have forgotten my ID and Password.
Q. I have multiply registered by mistake.

Q. I have entered my ID and Password, but I can’t view the contents.

A. Your information isn’t entered correctly. Please check if any of the following problems apply.
- Capital letters / small letters are not entered correctly. Numeral “1” and alphabet small letter “l” (one) or alphabet capital letter “I” can be mixed up, and numeral “0” (zero) can be mistaken for alphabet capital letter “O”.
- You are entering your expired password.

*When you withdraw membership, your ID and Password become invalid instantly.
* You can avoid making mistaken entering by “copy” and “paste” ID and Password.

Q. I don’t know how to withdraw my membership.

A. Click “Become A Member” button at the top of the page, click the link “Registration Procedure” and then go to Withdraw Membership page from the bottom of the page. You can withdraw your membership by entering your ID and Password. *When you withdraw membership, your ID and Password become invalid instantly. *If you withdraw your membership by mistake, there is no guarantee in refund or other.

Q. What is the recommended environment to enjoy the contents?

A. Please refer to the following;

-Internet Connection Speed: Optical Fiber, ADSL, CATV (1.5Mbps) or higher *Videos cannot be viewed with dial-up, mobile or ISDN connection.
-CPU: Pentium3 500MHz OR PowerPC G3 500MHz or higher
-WindowsMediaPlayer:WindowsMediaPlayer 9 or later
-Web browser (Software for internet viewing): InternetExplorer Version 5.5 or higher *If you are a Macintosh user, please view with InteretExplorer 5.0 or higher.
-Required OS: Windows98SE or later (cannot be viewed on 95, 98, NT) MAC OS 10.2 or higher (cannot be viewed on OS9)
-Free Memory: 128MB or higher essential, 256MB or higher recommended.

Q. Can I see the videos on Macintosh?

A. It is applicable to OS10.2 or later version. Please refer to the recommended environment list above.

Q. Streaming video doesn’t play properly, what should I do?

A. Do you have an internet connection with sufficient speed? You may not be able to play the streaming videos with ISDN or lower speed connection. So please consider changing your internet connection. Also, you must have the required CODEC installed on you computer to play the videos, so please install the latest version if you are using the old one.

Q. Am I going to be charged per minute (or for the length of the connected time) like “Dial Q2”?

A. This site offers monthly fixed rate system for each content. You can enjoy as much as you like for the monthly charge only regardless of connection time. We never charge by “Dial Q2”. Also, please check the monthly charge for each content on purchase.

Q. How is the billing information displayed on my credit card statement?

A. You should find our name "CREDIX"on your statement.

Q. I am a little nervous about using credit card.
