◎About automatic membership renewal
If you have selected the credit card payment, your membership will be automatically renewed until canceled as described in the “Membership Registration Procedure” within the “Start Guide.”
In case of the credit card payment, your membership will be automatically renewed at 7 am on the 30th day after you signed up.
If you do not want your membership to be renewed, you are required to cancel your membership before the aforementioned deadline.


◎Video viewing difficulties
(1) Please check the expiration date of your credit card that you used to obtain membership.
If your card has already expired, your membership will automatically be canceled. Therefore, your current ID and password will become unusable.

(2) Please recheck that your ID and password have correctly been entered.
You are advised to copy and paste them to ensure that they are entered correctly.

(3) If the videos cannot be viewed because of computer compatibility issues, unfortunately we are not available for supporting such matters. Your understanding is requested.

Also, please refer to the “FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)” in the menu again. If you still cannot solve the problem, please consult us by following the instructions below.
